RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Seven String Qin, each guqin is a handcrafted instrument made with traditional techniques and premium materials. Due to the nature of handcrafted musical instruments, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.
Eligible Returns (Quality Issues Only)
If your instrument arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sevenstringqin.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund upon verification.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
- Accompanied by photos or video documenting the defect or damage
Made-to-Order Instruments
All custom and made-to-order guqin are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to quality issues, return shipping costs will be covered by Seven String Qin. For all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
